The covers come with a concealed zipper and feature artwork on both sides. You can choose to buy just the cover or add an insert, which is sold separately.

If you've bought the cover only, simply insert a pillow form through the concealed zipper. To keep your pillow looking great, spot - clean the cover with a mild detergent and let it air dry.
