If you've got the insert, simply unzip the cover and slide it in. When it comes to cleaning, for the cover, you can gently machine - wash it in cold water on a delicate cycle. Then, tumble dry on low. Avoid using bleach as it might damage the fabric and the artwork. Keep the pillow away from sharp objects to prevent tears.
