The covers have a concealed zipper and feature artwork on both sides. You can choose to get inserts, but they're not included if you go for the cover - only option.

When it comes to cleaning, check the care label on the pillow. Usually, you can spot - clean the cover with a mild detergent and let it air dry. Avoid machine - washing the insert.
